Pretty soon we will be offering pick up service everyday to every door! This will make your life even easier because you would NOT NEED TO SCHEDULE a pick up; just leave your bag outside and...POOF, it will reappear 2 days later pressed and cleaned.

How can you help? Encourage your condo-mates to sign up because the more people using the service the closer we will be to automatic pickup.

All drop-offs are done between 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in 30 minute time slots. If you have a rush order or are late to request a pick up please fill out comment form below or call our toll free Butler number at 877-60-Butler. Your Butler may call you to arrange a delivery.

We love to hear your beautiful voice, but the most efficient way to communicate with us is via email. This way we take away any miscommunication and we have documentation. We serve you, so if you would prefer to just store our number in your phone and give us a ring, we look forward to speaking with you.

Unfortunately, our offices cannot be open 24/7, but our Butlers serve you. You will access to their cell phones 24/7. We cannot guarantee they will pick up if you call them at 4 am after spilling a bloody mary on your favorite shirt, but you will get a call the same day. Trick: Try texting too!
