Butler Express was founded by the Ende family. Upon stumbling into multiple frustrations in their day to day condo lives, they knew there was a better way. All it took was a lazy day on the couch when an Ende brother uttered, "Wouldn't it be nice to have a butler?" and Butler Express was born.

Savings and Service:
Words we live by. If there is a way to offer a better service while saving you money, we are interested. Not to mention the fact that we pride ourselves on our customer service that goes over and above normal standards. Have a special request? Most likely we can do it. We have a diverse crew of Butlers, but they all have one extremely similar characteristic: their smile! If you don't get service with a smile, we want to know about it.

The Butler represents everything that we stand for: quality and professional service at a luxury standard. The Butler is known to be a the senior servent of a household. While we won't do your dishes, we will make every effort to make sure that getting your laundry cleaned to your specifications is as seamless (pun intended) as possible.

Customer Service:
During our hours of operation from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday one of our quality Butlers will be standing by the phone waiting to serve your needs. If for any reason you cannot get in touch with someone you may leave a message and someone will get back to you the same day or you may call your Butler's cell phone. Even if it is not within working hours your Butler is available for you!
